Mubina Afroz Shah is a 40 year old lady was arrested on 1st April 2019 and spent almost 7 months in Thane Jail. She is a widow who was accused of kidnapping and was arrested u/s 363 A, 365 of IPC. One of her Minor daughters is still in the observation home with respect to the same case, and we are in the process of releasing her. After close verification we found, that she was falsely implicated due to some misunderstanding, and the victim (kidnapped child-as per the case) is safe with his mother. Her 11 year old son was left extremely neglected and found it difficult to survive while she was behind the bars.
Mubina’s cash bail amount was Rs. 20,000.
