We are pleased to announce that Afreen Shah (Female, 16), who was arrested u/s 363 A, 365 of IPC has been released from JJB Bhiwandi. She was arrested along with her mother. After verification we found that they were not habitual criminals and the case was implicated due to some misunderstanding. GCF already got her mother released on bail a couple of weeks ago and now helped release Afreen too.
During case analysis, GCF observed that they hail from a poor background, hence post release, we will be helping them with:
– Monthly Ration Kit
– Medical Treatment
– Education aid to Afreen and her younger brother.
