Retired from Mantralaya as Officer on Special Duty, Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai. She is a Doctor of Philosophy and has held various prestigious positions such as I/c Managing Director, Maulana Azad Minorities Financial Development Corporation, Mumbai, Joint Secretary, Minorities Development Department,
Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai, Incharge Deputy Director, Technical Education, Directorate Of Technical Education, Mumbai, amongst many others. She has a number of paper publications to her fame. She is socially driven and has organized, conducted and participated in various social events.

He enrolled as an Advocate in 1962 and joined the Chamber of Mr. E.G. Vahanvati. He was appointed as a Professor by University of Bombay for L.L.M. Degree in-group VI (Muslim Law) on 3rd November 1977. He is been designated as the Senior Advocate by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay in July, 1988. He is also the chairman of Association for Protection of Civil Rights (APCR) and Member of the Executive Committee of All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) and All India Milli Council.

The following are some glimpses of his achievements

1.He had worked for issues pertaining to Civil Liberties and maintenance of Communal harmony and actively participated in the proceedings before Sri-krishna Commission of Enquiry into riots of Mumbai during December, 1992 and January, 1993 and represented the cause of riot victims.
2. Also participated in Librahan Commission on behalf of the All India Muslim Personal Law Board inquiring into demolition of Babri Masjid.
3. He was actively associated with providing legal Aid to the riot victims of the Gujarat carnage of 2002, more particularly claiming compensation through PIL for destruction of places of worship from the state government.

He was born in Mumbai and completed primary education in Mumbai. Due to some family issues he shifted to Delhi and later completed his higher education from there.
Since childhood days he has lived amongst the poor people, he knows the need of poor and their requirements.

He has been working on the Communal Harmony Project from the last nine years. He has been spearheading many programs and projects in the field of: Education, Health Care, and Feeding Needy & Poor.
He is also running a School for Poor and Street Children, as well as has initiated Charitable Clinic for Needy people, wherein for meagre Rs. 10 /- people get medicines.

Overall his mission is to create peace and harmony in the society with educational, nutritional and health development in slum areas.

He has completed his Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Mahatma Basweshwar College, Latur – Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad in 1996. He then completed his Bachelors of Law (LLB) from Dayanand Law College, Latur – Swami Ramanad Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded in 2000. Presently he is pursuing Masters of Law (LLM) from University of Mumbai. After completing LLB, Adv. Lasure worked with senior most Adv. Nanasaheb Shinde at Aurangabad. He appeared in various courts including Judicial Magistrate Court, District Court, Tribunals and the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad to contest various civil and criminal trials and appeared in writ petitions too.
He now practices in the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, District & Session Court and Tribunals. He has contested the Civil and Criminal Trials and appeared before the Tribunals including Consumer Court and the Commissions. His work widely appreciated in Police Firing at Ramabai Ambedkar Case, Atrocity Cases, and SC/ST, OBC, NT/DNT and Maratha Reservation etc.

He has filed many Writ Petitions in Bombay High Court on Social Cause. Considering his experience he had been appointed by State Government in High Court and various organisations at Magistrate Court as a Panel Advocate for Legal Aids to contest the legal matter for needy & downtrodden people’s to render justice. Considering his social commitment, many organizations have invited him for delivering lectures on Legal and Social aspects.

A humble and rooted person who struggled, failed and surged ahead in search of crime free society, success and contentment. He was born in Tamil Nadu and completed his education from Anjuman-i-Islam, Mumbai. Just like any other middle class person, he too had a bunch of unclear dreams and a blurred vision of his goals in life. All he had was an undying learning attitude to hold on to and a research mind to making a change in society.

Here are some glimpses of his achievements:

1. Since Last 8 Years, he is working in the Legal Aid Project. Under his supervision, more than 300+ Non- Habitual Under-trial Prisoners were released who were in the jail for the inability to provide the meagre cash bail amount even after getting bail order from honourable courts.
2. Through him many of them got rehabilitated and got trained by prominent NGO’s in various skill development fields.
3. Also hundreds of victims and needy people got benefited by Free Legal Advice & Legal Assistance especially for matrimonial disputes, civil, criminal and property matters, etc. through Legal Aid Clinic conducted by him and followed by the panel Advocates.
4. He also conducted various Legal Awareness Programmes inside Prison and in the Society with the aim to prevent crime.
5. He conducted various Medical Camps inside Prison and got the ailing prisoners treated by prominent doctors especially for skin diseases.
6. He has also conducted various seminars / workshops on different topics with the collaboration of various NGO’s.
