While the Legal Aid Counseling in Kalyan Jail, we came to know about Pappu Avadhlal Pandey (42), who is a Father of 3 daughters, lives in Plastic Tent made near the tracks of Khopoli Railway Station. Since he is in Jail his wife had faced very crucial stages for their survival from June 2017 as his Husband got arrested by Shahpur Police Station. U/s 323, 326. No one is there to take care of the Family, some local people use to help them with food and ration but wife was worried about the process to release.
We had taken the matter On-board & JMFC Magistrate had consider it and order for Cash bail of 15,000 /-. Now after 18 Months he met his Family and very much happy which we cannot express..!!
